Tension mounting in Chabotland

Tension is mounting at the Chabot post-election party.

"I sure wish we could get some results," said Mark Hoffman, a Chabot campaign volunteer
worker. This waiting is driving me nuts."

As of 9 p.m. no results had been posted for the election.

Jessica Towhey, Chabot's campaign press secretary said, " We have heard reports of voters in Green Township still in line waiting to vote at 8:30 p.m., an hour after the polls closed.

"I'm stressed out. Steve's very calm. We just want the votes to be counted accurately and correctly."
