All the wRong wingnut whacko has to do is have a closed closet door meeting with the ethics challenged Rule-Man at the courthouse !

It worked for the snake oil salesman running the jury pool !

Step right up and donate your jury pay for the day, we need a new microwave !

PATHETIC !

HAD ENOUGH, VOTE DEMOCRAT 2007 !

For God's sake - what a greedy SOB the conscience of the Republican Good Ole Boys rears its ugly head again.

Here's a tidbit. If Bedinghaus , Allen or any other politician is removed from office for such things as abuse of office, dereliction of duty, or a criminal offense related to their duties in office - they lose their pension benefits.

That's why these Good Ole Boys never, ever hold eachother accountable ethically for their conduct - "you scratch my back, I'll scratch yours" "You turn the other cheek, and I'll turn mine"

We need to get rid of all these "public servants" who have been treating public office as a piggy bank to further their own interests and could care less about the people they serve.

Shameless (by the way, his $90+ elected seat is only a figure head job and he likely works less than 20 hours a week as it is)

Someone should get his work calendar, meeting schedules, and work product and see just how hard these guys are really putting it to us.

Oh that's right, we have the Enquirer here - they don't believe in investigative journalism involving public offices.

I'm not quite what Brayshaw is looking for in this but there are more to it than this "report" is giving.

When Phase II was implemented of the NPDES in the Clean Water act. It caused local governments to have to begin stormwater utilities or modify the ones they have to enforce the new rules under the act. Many county commissioners across the state basically threw these onto the county engineers who many were over run with their own projects and issues. So on top of trying to build safer roads, now they have a bunch of unfunded mandates to fulfill. It wasn't just pushing paper. And I bet it began to take half of Brayshaw's time dealing specifically with this issue.

If he was entitled to the money by legislation that was approved (which it sounds like he was), then I don't blame him. He's thrown into a thankless job juggling the stupidity of politicians, state and federal bureaucrats. The commissioners are the ones that created the mess they are in. And it wasn't a republican lining the pocket of a republican. This crap went on throughout the state with many county engineers getting NO, NONE, ZERO compensation for the responsibility. Brayshaw has to sign their permit and legally responsible for it implementation and enforcement. It's not just a hat he can take off when he feels like it.

SO for you liberal conspiracists... your tree hugging has caused this problem. But it doesn't matter- to you it all comes down to evil republicians no matter what the issue is.

i may be a tree hugger whacko but i say if he did the work he deserves the pay. what doesn't make sense to me is why it took him four years to figure out that he wasn't getting paid. was he holding out for something else?

i have no idea why those crazy liberals would want clean water. i wonder what's going to be next, some kind of legislation on global warming. that is so un-american!

Sure is easy to tell when a wRong wingnut whacko sticks their ugly head out !

At 75 years old, I can't imagine him over exerting himself.

The public is always burdened with unfunded mandates. Should a judge demand more pay because she may be bogged down with more cases with people smoking in public places ?

NO, THAT IS THEIR JOB !

He is paid extremely well for the amount of work he does or has done, period !

If the program granted 40,000 for payroll, he should have hired someone and got the job done faster. If he didn't then he needs to be unelected not rewarded for conversion !

Bottom line he is attempting to pad his retirement at the expense of future generations !

PATHETIC !

HAD ENOUGH, VOTE DEMOCRAT 2007 !

Conspiracy theorists? Yeah, there's no corruption in the Republican party. That's right global warming is just some scheme the "tree huggers" came up with to take away the well earned profits from Exxon.

Who killed the electric car? The tree huggers.

He has waved any right he may think he has.

He knew he wasn't getting paid.

He waived any right to alleged compensation by his actions.

To now claim his money hand is open has prejudiced the decision makers who may have made alternative plans 4 years ago.

Tuff luck, thief.
