Nice Threads

Cincinnati council member Cecil Thomas attended Mayor Mark Mallory's press conference on Tuesday. The two men walked in together, wearing identical gray suits. The only things distinguishing the mens' apparel were the ties -- Mallory's was red and Thomas' blue.

When asked if they were coordinating their wardrobes, Thomas laughed and said: "Five-hundred dollars," while pointing to his suit. Then added "Three hundred," as he pointed to the mayor's.

"We did not call each other, by the way," Mallory said. "In the future, we may have to."

Weak !

Do you have to bury the Pepper post with irrelevant schmidt ?

The big boys after you for posting the hindlich remover ?

Post some more trash, so the Pepper post moves down the page !

How about how you are eager to be the hind-lick mouthpiece when he grandstands like the big announcement regarding Drake !

By the way, how's that deal going ?

How about that new railroaded administrator who refuses to communicate with the largest vote getter on the county commission ?

Nothing like representative government !

Doesn't it take three men to do that administrator job now ?

Where is coast ?

Oh, I forgot hindlick is their man. So, I guess it is OK to waste taxpayer money ?

How about that Banks deal you boasted hindlick and the mayor with ? Serves the mayor and hindlick right for excluding Portune, the largest vote getter on the county commission !

How's that deal going ?

By the way, I hear hindlicks own brother doesn't support him ?

Down with Phil

They certainly are crazy, and evidently they are also an activist for a local candidate who got whupped by Schmidt, no one but a sore loser could possibly hate that women enough.

And you know that it's a man, because we women would never get so viscous and personal in attacking someone with whom we disagree.

But whoever the zealot really is, should we tell them how looney and obsessed they sound, or should we just keep laughing at them?

When I teach my class, I've found that children like this can't take being riddiculed, but if this person has become an adult and still acts like this, I don't know if there is any hope.

Wake up America:
Do you teach your class spelling?

Also "wake up"- everyone has been using Schmidt for that other word for a while now- to the point that it's not even remotely clever.
I agree with the last post- unless you meant to imply that women weren't thick and slimy, I think you meant vicious not viscous.

Doesn't anyone wonder where Thomas, an ex cop & CHRC director, got $500 to spend on a suit? And isn't it crass for him to make that comment? What a twit. Too bad he can't buy himself some grammar and diction lessons, especially since he loves to get on TV or issue sound bytes.

To the last post-
are you aware that it is appropriate to say "Asian" not "chinaman", and "African American" not "blackman"? Try some cultural sensitivity if you even know what that means.
