two questions:
1. why isn't she in iraq fighting her daddy's illegal war?
2. what bar will she and her right-wing neo-con elitists be hanging out at?

Is she still drinking?

Hey, at least she got her Mother's pretty eyes instead of Dad's lying, smirky squint.

You two are sick. Leave this poor girl alone. Say what you want about the politicians, but their families didn't ask to be subjected to blistering criticism. It's hard enough watching the one you love being saved by their political opponents and the press. Don't take it out on them too. Were you this nasty with Chelsea?

Chelsea kept out of the limelight while Bill was in office. Jenna wrote this book while daddy was still in the White House and is touring on it. She opened the door.

The parents are happy to push her out front in an attempt to humanize an inhuman administration. She's not a child and is well aware of the political impact of what she's doing.

If she wants to play into the role of public Goody Two Shoes, she gets to take the heat, too.

Why would anyone ever get nasty with Chelsea? She was and is a good person, by ALL accounts. Jenna is a drunk, spoiled, privileged trust-funder. Just like her father. And, she is a grown woman. She is putting herself out there. She didn't have to go on a book tour. She is using her daddy's name, money, and connections here.

Why is this on the politics blog? Is she running for something? Please say no.

I am sick of the vitrol that democrats spew on this blog. I am either not voting or voting for an R in 2008 but there is no way I am voting for a D. This is disgusting, she wrote a book that is trying to publicize the story of a girl with AIDS and she gets this response?

Are you kidding me? Seriously anon 1:48...Rush Limbaugh and Sen. Mitch McConnell swift-boated a 12 year old child who dared to ask Congress to continue and expand the SCHIP program that saved his life. Don't give us this "how dare they" crap about how the big bad Democrats are picking on Jenna. It cuts both ways. So don't act as if supporting a Republican will take you the least bit above the fray.

Oh jeepers creepers Jenna Bush drank alcohol while in college!!!!!! I thought college students stopped doing that sometime after I graduated. Hateful liberals - get a grip.

Let Jenna be judged on her own merits. It's clear the hateful libs here can't do that. They have to insult Jenna for what they don't like about her father, all the while holding up Chelsea Clinton as some model of getting ahead on her own merits.

I don't think so. Chelsea got a $100,000 job straight out of college. Who gets that but doctors and a few lawyers? A President's daughter, that's who.

Welcome to town, Jenna!

And welcome to Red State Ohio - the state that helped re-elect President George W. Bush in 2004. We're proud to have you visit!

"....This is disgusting, she wrote a book that is trying to publicize the story of a girl with AIDS and she gets this response?...."

Self-interest off someone else's misery !

Sounds like a 'Bush' to us !

So, what AIDS agency is she donating all the proceeds ?

PATHETIC 'family values' !

HAD ENOUGH, VOTE DEMOCRAT 2008 !

Correction Real American:

Welcome to the state that threw the election in '04 for your daddy and led to further Constitutional violations, more deaths in Iraq and Afghanistan, legalised torture, domestic wiretapping and surveillance etc upon a once proud nation.

well, gee, let's see: Jenna and her drunk twin sister had secret service agents tailing them while they drank underaged.

Jenna's father has a drunk driving arrest in his past, and their mother ran a stop sign and killed someone (seriously).

So, yes, I think these two are a) fair game and b) at-risk youth given what may be their genetic predisposition to self-descructive and anti-social behavior.

A book about a girl with AIDS? That's nice: where's the $15 billion Daddy promised for AIDS prevention in Africa?

MCG,

How much do the Bushies pay you to defend them and their criminal activities which are bankrupting the rest of the country? Or do you just do this for free after listening to Hate Radio and Faux News all day?

I hope for your sake that they are paying you in Euros!

It's so nice to see the repugnots getting what they have deserved for a long time. Just think, in one year, we will hand our government a chance at redemption with a Democrat President, Congress, and Senate. The future looks better all the time.

Great one, anon, considering that the dollar has dropped by one-third in value under the current misleader's !

$1.49 gal. gas when the 'bushwhacker' took office and now we are at $3.09 ?

How can a private citizen utilize their experience while working for UNICEF for private gain ?

We bet the OIL men would claim the proceeds belong to them ?

PATHETIC 'family values' !

HAD ENOUGH, VOTE DEMOCRAT 2008 !

Somebody should ask Jenna about her recent visit to Paraguay under the guise of a UNICEF visit. See below:

Bush family has indeed bought a large tract of land in Paraguay...

--George Sr taking 173,000 acres and George W. taking 98,842 acres

--- The land in question itself may encompass part of the GuaranĂ Aquifer, which is one of the world's largest aquifer systems and may be the largest single body of groundwater in the world.

--- This region is part of the famous "Drug corridor" which funnels south american cocaine to the rest of the world. The Bush connection to drug cartels has been noted before, as well as the Florida flight school drug connection involving Mohamed Atta of 9/11 infamy. There is much speculation that FBI Whistleblower Sibel Edmonds who is being kept from speaking out has information tying together the global drug trade, the nuclear black market and the attacks of September 11th.

--- The extradition treaty between the U.S. and Paraguay does NOT cover crimes of a 'political' nature.

Next to the great miami aquifer....
But I don't think Middlesippi has the world class German polka bands that Paraguay has.

Jenna Bush is a wonderful young lady. She is gracious, smart, and going places in life.

In contrast, the liberal moonbats who post anonymously from their mom's basement are full of rage, jealousy, and hatred. President George W. Bush crushed your pathetic candidate John Skerry by over 100,000 votes in Ohio. It wasn't even close! Thank the voters of Butler, Warren, Hamilton, and Clermont counties for re-electing the best man for the job.

You tin foil hat-wearing moonbats can't move on and I hope you never do. I hope your Bush Derangement Syndrome [BDS] eats away at you like acid. Better prepare for another Republican president if your queen Hitlery gets the coronation!

You are delusional vox populi.

vox populi-The only Republican who might occupy the White House will be Ron Paul..and he detests the mockery that the Bush family has made of our country and the Constitution.

As can be seen by RP's popularity among the millitary, and former Bushies-the travesty is almost over. It's not just liberal nut jobs (anymore) who realize that this man has been arguably the worst president ever.

Jenna would look good in a swimsuit when the Bushies prove that waterboarding is not torure by waterboarding her.

Ron Paul is an alien. No other explanation is possible for his utter weirdness. He must come from the same planet as that little elf Kucinich. Ol' Ron Paul is qualified to be a piano player in a whorehouse, but nothing more consequential than that.

Thanks for visiting Cincinnati, Miss Bush. You're leading a much better life than Al Gore's drug-addled, convicted felon son Al Gore III.

Ron Paul is an alien! Google it.
