Leslie, you're quite welcome. I wasn't going to vote for you until you fired that arrogant, pompous Class A jerk named Scott Gehring.

Jane we are all so glad your candidate won. Please stop giving her free press.

Leslie,
Good luck at City Hall. You and I both campaigned to be accessible to the voters. You ran a good campaign. The voters chose you and defeated me. I respect and understand that. Please honor your campaign promise and be accessible to the people. We need this now more than ever. And if I can be of service, please call...And best wishes in marriage.

Aw, shucks. Kindasorta makes me wish I'd voted for her so I could bask in her reflected glory.

Now get to work cutting those salaries like you promised last time!

You are extremely welcome, Leslie. Now, let us concentrate on another two years on Cincinnati City Council and possibly getting you moved up in the political world, if you are interested. Commissioner Leslie Ghiz-Aziz or Leslie Aziz. God bless you, and thank you for the kind words.

And a big 'thank you' goes out to disgraced staffer Scott Gehring for: (1) getting fired by Leslie Ghiz in time for her campaign to recover; and (2) sinking the campaign of democrat-in-disguise Melanie Bates. That's a two-for-one deal!
