Food, shower the priorities
David Pepper, the Democrat trying to unseat incumbent Republican Hamilton County Commissioner Phil Heimlich, won't be at his party until 9 or 9:30 tonight.
Pepper was so tired from all-day campaigning that he decided to stop off after the polls closed to get dinner and a shower before appearing at the party.
