No results before 9 p.m.
UPDATE:
The United States District Court has issued an order ordering the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections to extend the hours of voting to 9:00 p.m. E.S.T. at polling places designated in the court order. As a result of the court’s order, all board of elections are directed that you are not to report any election results to the public, or to the office of the Secretary of State until after 9:00 p.m.
2. This federal court decision may be appealed so please expect further communication on this issue.
3. Therefore - “No results of the election will be transmitted until after 9:00 PM”.
Our reporter at the Hamilton County Board of Elections says Director John Williams just read a directive from the Ohio Secretary of State to the 88 counties, telling them not to release results before 9 p.m., when 16 polls in Cuyahoga close.
Williams said workers will continue to scan ballots as they come in.

An appeal has been filed with the 6th Circuit.
Obviously, Ken Blackwell is messing with the ballots and the machines so he and all Republicans are guaranteed to win.
