Pepper's party
Ten minutes before the polls close, David Pepper's party has seven people -- 2 Pepper campaign workers and five from the media.
Pepper's party is at Arnold's Bar & Grill, 210 E. Eight Street, downtown.
It's in the outdoor party area that is covered with a canvas with, thankfully, heaters cranking.
In the last few hours, Pepper visited polling places in Evendale, Sharonville and Green Township.
