Who's your kid voting for?

An amusing thread on CincyMoms, among them:

My son, 4 ½, told us that he wanted to vote for Ron Paul because, “financially, the dollar is worth so little, he (Paul) can help us”.

Obama b/c he said a girl can't be the pres!

"O rock Obama" (she is a little confused on the pronunciation)

You can read the full thread here

How great it is for today's parents to not only educate their children regarding the decision makers in their future, but, respect their individualism !

For once, the 'fishwRap' shows the human side of politics !

It is posts like annoy 11:26 that reveal the rigid perpetuation of ignorance and the ridiculous position that 'bold endeavors' are more important than our children and the future leaders of our country !

PATHETIC 'family values' !

HAD ENOUGH, VOTE DEMOCRAT 2008 !

( Great Job: CARL )

i think its an interesting question. i was real surprised to find my son was voting for hillary, considering his parents support for edwards and obama.

Young lady, it is not pronounced "O rock Obama". It is pronounced "Osama Hussein Wright". Good effort, though. I'd give you a piece of candy, but the next Democrat to get in will take it from you. It's what they do.

I am not surprised today's children are rejecting the failed and damaging policies of the Repugnicant Party. Some are old enough to remember what life was like before Bush sent their parents' jobs overseas, started an illegal war to get their aunts and uncles killed in, and are sending the bills for their excesses to them and their own kids to pay. Plus, they are surely aware of the numerous Repugs abusing kids just like them for sexual gratification. I applaud their intelligence about this and hope they remember this when they can vote-- if the RepugnICANTs haven't taken away that right.

With any luck, the GOP will be out of business, its leaders imprisoned. Hope Obama gives them the Cheney treatment: held without trial, secret hearings, waterboarding, and all the other ways the Bush Crime Family treats people.

From the mouths of babes: Obama

I've always felt like kids had a basic instinct, intuition that age mollifies - They see the hope, they feel the trustworthiness, they sense the integrity, they know good - deep down in their bones.

As the grandma - I have never seen this nation in my lifetime suffering such political apathy to corruption, ill-will, and loss of basic fundamental values and care for the common good of our neighbors

I for one am bitter - angry and disgusted - I think we can trust Obama to be naive enough to believe he can fix this, and bright enough to pull it off in spite of ourselves.

for the future of my grandchildren - i will vote for obama

well, you got the bitter part down about right.

wouldn't say you're statement makes you very religious and can't say about your position on gun control. which leads us to:

you blame your problems are people that don't look like you.

jeez, the truth hurts.

With idiots like the ones commenting above raising children who will some day vote, yes it's a bit scary, but so is inbreeding. Soceity raises children better than most locals fools. At least the children of today have some diversity in their life and will have much more accurate information at their disposal when the time comes to vote. Looks like mommies and daddies everywhere will not be as successful in preprogramming children into a certain political party or church. THATS PROGRESS!

Polls put Chimpy McBushitler's approval rating at 19%.

Surveys say 20% of U.S. families engage in incest.

You do the math.
