That is an example of fear-mongering that Karl Rove himself would have to bow to.

The facts about violent crime in the city of Cincinnati speak for themselves. Cincinnati needs to elect people that will put public safety first and focus on matters of substance and not worry about matters of taste and/or perception. I think Winburn's ad is basically on point in drawing attention to the crime problem but lacks detail on how Winburn proposes to do anything about it. Details please!

Poor ole Charlie will never learn!

Had his chance before and performed poorly!

PATHETIC HYPOCRITES !

HAD ENOUGH, VOTE DEMOCRAT 2007 !

The crime stats in Winburn's ad don't add up to the police department reports. I think Winburn is using that new math.

Anon 5:43 a.m.,

The violent crime rate in the city is actually going down.

Also, Winburn doesn't tell us WHAT he would do to reduce crime more. Anyone can make claims that they will do it.

Talk about having a chance and performing poorly....can you say QUALLS!

Downtown went to hell, the westside went to blight, and people left in record numbers.

Do either of these two deserve a second chance?

This ad is disturbing at best. It is the actions of former council members such as Mr. Winburn that put us in the situation we are in today. If they had actually addressed the gang problem in Cincinnati when it first appeared we would not be where we are today. Thanks to the decisions made by Winburn in his last term on council we are one of the most unsafe cities in the world!
On November 6, 2007 DO NOT vote for Charilie Winburn, Sam Malone, Roxanne Qualls, or Minette Cooper. Move Cincinnati Forward!

Look at Winburn's years AS law chair. Homicides went from 28 to 42 while he chaired (up like 50%).

Correlation is not causation, Mr. Winburn.
