Ney serving time with "Survivor" winner
Convicted former Rep. Bob Ney has less than three weeks of freedom left before he must report to prison at the same Morgantown, W.Va., facility that "Survivor" winner Richard Hatch is serving at. Hatch was convicted last year of tax evasion.Ney's report date was set in court papers filed in Washington this week: 2 p.m. on Thurs., March 1.
In the meantime, looks like not only Ney's house is on the market... Fridge, anyone?

Post a Comment*Seeing as how Bob Ney was close to ex-Florida Republican Mark Foley, he shouldn't have any problem developing a serious relationship with Richard Hatch. Hatch, a proven survivor, will probably save Ney's butt(unless he shares).

This time next year, Bob Ney will not be the only Ohio Repugnicant Congressman behind bars.
Hey, Mr. Wood:
What proof do you have that Bob Ney and Mark Foley were so "close?" Did they hang out together? Did they serve on a committee together? Did they host fund-raisers for each other?
Or maybe you are basing this on the idea that they are both in the same political party. If you really think that being in the same party equals close friendship, then you are operating a a level of civic ignorance too appalling to contemplate.
Some people on this blog are so blinded by political partisanship they seem to have forgotten everything learned in any civics class and have lost quite a bit of common sense, too.
