Maybe Wulsin will discuss this investigation:
This morning, Dr. Robert Baratz, on behalf of the National Council Against Health Fraud, requested that the State Medical Board of Ohio conduct an investigation into the activities of Dr. Victoria Wells (Wulsin)—who is also in the final week of a campaign against Republican incumbent Jean Schmidt in the race for second congressional district seat.
….. Baratz’s letter to the medical board included the following:
Activities which we feel merit discipline include, but are not limited to:
Participation in unsupervised, unapproved, and dangerous experiments involving human beings where serious diseases were left untreated akin to the notorious Tuskegee experiments. Wells participated with the Heimlich Institute, Henry Heimlich, The Deaconess Associations of Cincinnati, and other parties in these experiments. Further, when Wells became aware of the nature of these deviant and immoral acts she failed to reveal them to proper authorities, and thus became complicit in them. Numerous journalistic reports and release of a report on this work by Wells herself document her involvement and the experiments themselves. The experiments violate 21 CFR 50 and 56 and 45 CFR 46 and appear to involve lack of informed consent, use of unapproved biological agents, and other unprofessional conduct.
After Wells’ activities became known, she altered the records of her report in an attempt to mislead the public as to her true role.
Recently television advertising depicts Wells in a laboratory coat with a stethoscope in a medical facility suggesting to the public she is a practicing physician. In response to interviews and questions conducted by the Cincinnati Enquirer on October 20, 2006 Wells admitted she has not seen a patient in approximately five years “My most recent clinical work was at the Health Resource Center in Over-the-Rhine from 1998 to 2001.”
The so-called Heimlich Malariotherapy experiments involve the injection of malarial parasites into humans for the alleged treatment of cancer, Lyme disease, and HIV infection. They have been disclaimed by numerous medical authorities, including the Centers for Disease Control, and exposed by the Los Angeles Times, New York Times, and numerous other media.
Baratz has asked for this investigation under Section 4731.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
ENQUIRER, LETS GET A STORY ABOUT JEAN ACCEPTING BRIBES FROM USEC, THE COMPANY THAT WANTS TO USE PIKE COUNTY AS A NUCLEAR DUMPING GROUND.
USEC DONATED $1000 TO JEAN'S CAMPAIGN RIGHT AS JEAN WAS GOING TO DECIDE ABOUT INSTALLING A DUMPING GROUND IN OUR DISTRICT!
GET ON THE BALL AND REPORT SOME STORIES! STOP FOOLING AROUND AND DO YOUR JOB!
Anon, they are doing their jobs. This is a right-wing propaganda machine in case you haven't noticed. Why else would they endorse a crook like Ken jim crow Blackwell?
I just checked the Ohio License Center and there is no record of a Dr. Victoria Wulsin. Is she trying to hide from these illegal medical experiments on innocent children. Check for yourself at:
https://license.ohio.gov/lookup/default.asp
The question about Dr. Victoria Wells Wulsin's Medical license came up during her "on line chat."
Her response was that she is registered under her maiden name, Victoria Wells
The purpose of the online medical license check is so a patient can check out the history of the doctor. From your comment it sounds like Wulsin or Wells is trying to hide her record. Also isn't it a requirement in Ohio that a candidate run for election using their legal name. Didn't whatever her name is today tell the Enquirer that her legal name is Wells while she was eating taco's in DC. In fact she said that her name is Wells on her drivers license. Will she be allowed to vote Tuesday? Should she be disqualified for using a false name? I would say Vic whatever her name is has a big legal problem. Vic has been caught lying again. What will she think of next?

You people have been talking about the issue with the Doc’s last name for a few months. You know as well as I do, if Jean could make a case of the last name, she would be all over it. The race is a toss up; therefore, you are attempting to make an issue out of nothing. Jean is the only one to blame for her lack of creditability in the 2nd district. You really should spend your time discussing what Jean has accomplished since being elected to congress and building her creditability.
Its going to be funny when the presiding judge at Vickys Indian Hill polling place doesn't allow her to vote because her name doesn't match her picture ID license.
Poor Vicky.....
Hmm. Maybe "anonymous" will enlighten readers about Dr. Baratz as, frankly, a Swift-boater who attacks procedures approved by the American Medical Association (AMA) or the American Psychological Association (APA).
Methinks there's an agenda here which even the least informed will understand and appreciate.
