Yes, it's true

The state’s elections commission will investigate whether Rep. Jean Schmidt told the truth – about how well she fared in, or whether she even ran, a 1993 marathon.

Gee, Nate An-Noy, I bet you're happy to waste the OEC's time and our tax payers' money. I hope your puppet masters are happy.

It's a pity John Glenn isn't still active in politics--I never believed he went up in outer space. Who knew I could have filed an Elections Commission complaint, and forced him to prove that he had?

this is ridiculous!! if I were to file a complaint on whether or not the OEC actually exists would it be heard?? There's so much evidence to prove that Congresswoman Schmidt ran in this race! Shame on Noy and the OEC for making a mockery of this commission.

When is Mean Jean going to stop lying? She should stop lying about her false endorsements, the 2nd degree she never earned, the taxes she voted to raise, and her athletic accomplishments that she didn't earn. Tell the truth Mean Jean!

When are the Chris Finney's, Bob McEwen's, and Nate Noy's of the world going to leave Congresswoman Schmidt alone.

Maybe it's just the jealousy?

I think some of you are missing the real issue here. It does not really matter who filed the complaint. The point is that our congresswoman is being investigated once again. Do you realize what type of name she is making for herself and our party in the second district? How can we ever bring resources and jobs to this district when our congresswoman is always being investigated? I really want to support Jean; however, she is making it very difficult for me.

what i think is ridiculous is that the commission would threaten a citizen with some kind of sanctions, when they themselves, have said there is probable cause. a complaint does not have to be undisputably frivilous and wrong - merely reasonable and supported by facts. the commmission is over stepping their bounds to suggest they have the authority to to penalize someone who, "in good faith" has brought forth a seemingly valid compalaint.
the comissio should be sanctioned for such threats to the exercise of citizen rights

I'm with you on that, even though I do think nate is Mr. Annoy !

It would be classified as intimidation. I'd be interested in the political affiliation of the individual who made that threat ?

Those statements only serve to harass and intimidate would be complainants !

Don't look for the fishwrap to provide any insight though, it was probably a wRong wingnut whacko !

This is TNP writing.

"Colin Rink" at 6:25pm, 8/25, what you're doing is called "sock puppetry." It's currently being discussed on sean gleeson's blog. It's unethical and if the blogmaster discovers who's doing it, you'll get banned.
