Schmidt's attorney responds

In a legal response filed with the Ohio Elections Commission today, Cincinnati lawyer Joseph J. Braun calls Nathan Noy's complaints "frivolous entitling respondents to an award of attorney fees," and requests all five be dismissed.

In a 10-page brief with photos of race results and medals, Braun wrote that the complaints filed against U.S. Rep. Jean Schmidt and various campaigns "are without merit and fail on their face" to meet the probable cause requirements of state code.

"Mr. Noy's filing of this complaint can only be intended to harass Congresswoman Schmidt,'' Braun continues.

The Mean Team needs to quit blaming everyone else for their problems. If Mean Jean weren't such a pathological liar she wouldn't be in this mess. How is Mean Jean supposed to take responsibility for running our country when she won't take any responsibility for her own actions?

Looks like the lie-yers are saying, well, she is a lying congresswoman, but, everyone knows she is a liar by now, so dismiss this thing and mean jean can cut, run and continue to lie, as normal.

HAD ENOUGH, VOTE DOMOCRATIC 2006

Just wait until that complaint is filed against mean jean and her organizations for the refusal to obey the law by posting mean jean signs in the public domain !

The election complaint will be voter misrepresentation as a drafter of legislature, but, she can cut through the laws and run her marathon the way she wants !!

If you don't like it, she'll get some unpaid lie-yers to make you pay their salaries because she can't or is unwilling !!

Since her lie-yers demand payment, they will get it anyway they can !!

So don't even think abut running with the mad dog schmidt because your actions will be frivolous !!

Jeff Blair, you're a hack. I used to think you were an OK guy. But you and Nate are nothing more than Dinkman and Pin-head's puppets, and the only motivation is hatred of women, hatred of anyone who lives outside of HamCo. If you're not careful, you idiots are going to drag Heimlich down with you as well. Phil could potentially run against Voinovich in 4 yrs., but the more in bed he is with the likes of you, Curly and Moe, the more it says about him. You already put Ron O'Brien's position in jeopardy. You all exhibit so many female tendencies - mainly you're catty and vindictive. I'm starting to wonder....

Excelsior, stop impersonating a fine public servant like Russ Jackson. It's really not cool. There's nothing wrong with saying your own piece, but to try to pass yourself off as someone else is gutter.

And I'm not Jeff Blair either. This is the 3rd different Jeff that Team BullSchmidt has accused me of being. I'm pretty sure you and I have never met. Let's keep it that way.

Your dishonest behavior, reflective of the candidate you support, should not distract us from the issues at hand. Mean Jean Schmidt has told one lie after the other in her races for office. For a woman who once held a banner that read, "Character Matters", she has precious little of it.

Excelsior here. Jeff, I once thought you were Jeff Hardin. I was wrong. Now you think I'm writing as "Russ Jackson." You're wrong. It's a standoff. And yes, I wouldn't care to meet you either.
I try not to associate with unkind people. Life's too short.

I'm not dishonest. Never have been. And neither is my Congresswoman, Jean Schmidt, regardless of what you and Noy and all the other COAST mouthpieces might say. The woman knows how to win elections, which is more than I can say for you "real conservative Republicans," as you love to call yourselves. I'm more convinced than ever that the whole COAST bunch is composed of re-cycled "Platform Republicans" from 20 years ago. Anyhow, I'm really sorry that you guys have somehow gotten your feelings hurt by Jean being "mean" to you. It must be awful. But really, all she's done is beat Brinkman, DeWhine and McEwen last year and then beat McEwen this year. That's not really being mean, is it? It's being an effective politician. You and your COAST buddies ought to pay attention to how Jean does things. You might learn something useful.
