Flannery even tops Blackwell in a Zogby matchup
I don't know how to explain this one, but one of the matchups in the latest Wall Street Journal/Zogby poll found former state Rep. Bryan Flannery, a Democrat, leading Secretary of State Ken Blackwell, the Republican frontrunner, by 43.8 to 41.3 percent.
That pairing is considered a statistical tossup, however, when you consider the margin of error of plue or minus 3.5 percentage points.

Jon, are you ever going to get around to writing about WEDNESDAY's hearing where McEwen was exonerated and probable cause was found against Schmidt? Or do you only cover it when it's bad news against McEwen?
I know how to explain it. Ken Blackwell, Jim Petro, and other corrupt Republicans have spent the last 16 years dismantling the entire state. Ted Strickland is clearly the best choice, but even an unknown Democrat like Flannery beats the hell out of the incompetent and criminal actions of the Bob Taft brigade.
