Those Who Raise Money Together ......

There's a fundraiser coming up for a trio of Cincinnati City Council candidates - Democrat Jeff Berding, Charterite Chris Bortz and Republican Leslie Ghiz.

For $150 - that's $50 per person per candidate, you can have cocktails Sept. 5 with the three of them and their supporters at the Hyde Park home of Crystal Faulkner and Tom Cooney. Please join us, their invitation says, "and meet three of the most qualified candidates for Cincinnati City Council. Support these proven leaders that are working together for a better Cincinnati."

Among the 30 people on the host committee: Paul and Christie Ghiz; Chuck Kubicki; George and Betty Schaefer; Karl and Tracy Dostal; Trey Isgrig; Margaret Lawson; Pete Strange; and James Zimmerman.

The three biggest Republicans in the fascist five are all weak.

Why is a "Democrat" having a fundraiser with two other council members who are of different parties. Isn't he going to vote for the entire Democratic council ticket if he is the Democrat that he claims to be. I smell Berd
s*!t.

It shouldn't surprise anyone that these three evildoers are collaborating on a fundraiser. After all their treachery is as widely known as their appetite for stepping on the little guy while he is down.

I think Cincinnati needs "new leadership for change." Let's give these ingrates (shall we call them the Stinky Three?) the boot and vote them out this November.

Is this another one of those Fascist Five fundraising events that lists people on their host committee who won't ever attend or pay?

Didn't Berding promise to not work with Republicans in order to get the Democratic endorsement? Unbelievable!

This ought to be unacceptable to the eight other Democrats running for council. Jeff Berding is a traitorous DINO and needs to just run as a Republican so the Democrats can endorse Qualls.

Anon is right. The Dem's barely endorsed Berding the first time, and they certainly would not have backed him if they knew he'd be campaigning with non-Democrats. Berding should absolutely seek the Charter or GOP endorsement, and allow the Dem's to endorse Qualls. The Democratic Party has no backbone if they stand by and do nothing.

Anon 10:05, Roxanne is a traitor, too. If she wanted to run as a Democrat she could have asked for the endorsement like all the other cnadidates. She left the party and shouldn't be endorsed by the Dems.

This doesn't hurt anyone BUT Berding.

he's not going to be re-elected

I almost always vote Republican but there are wimpy GOP types these days. The reason to put GOP folks on City Council is just to keep a reasonable working order to things. The Democrat gradstanders piss me off. That being said is it time for DeWine to move away?

"at the Hyde Park home of Crystal Faulkner and Tom Cooney" Are they shacking up? Not Married?

How's that fundraising promise going for you Miss Laketa Cole??!!!?? How did you find out that you were cut-out of this one?? This blog??

Kind of makes you wonder what the hell you thought you were doing when The Fiscal Phonies used your _ _ _ _ _ face to end recycling, close pools, and shut down health clinics.
