Criss-crossing blogs

We're trying to figure out the potential local impact, if any, of all this.

Let us know what you think.

Thanks for showing that the Politics blog isn't the only one afflicted with misspellings.

Why don't you ask those who are potentially affected by these changes instead of letting the bold wacko throw in his two cents about voting for donkeys.

Heh heh heh... not only does centralizing higher ed make sense for more efficiency and more accountability, Ted Strickland is taking away a favorite political plum from the Repugnicants.

For decades, they have used Board of Regents and University Board of Trustees appointments to reward their Big Business, Big Dollar contributing patrongs. It's also been a sap to political cronies.

Taft and Voinovich put people like Tom "Con Dealer" Noe on the Board of Regents- though he never graduated from college. The Repugnicants also put Horny Mike Allen on the board at UC.

Governor Celeste was noted for putting people on the boards who had a deep commitment to bettering higher education.

Ted Strickland has such strong support from average Ohioans who work hard and play by the rules that he does not need to reward any Big Money Cronies.

This is good politics and good policy.

Now if only Strickland and Dann would get the investigations off the ground. Maybe they are trying to figure out how to pay for all those prisons before they fill them up with all the Repugnicant crooks.

Please, please, somebody tell liberal blogger to stop using the non-word "Repugnicant." It hurts even to type it, and speaking as a liberal, it hurts even more to read it. Liberals win on idea. Our ideas are better, their bumper stickers are better. Yes, we need to work on our message, but "Repugnicant" just makes us sound stupid, overreaching, and like we really just cannot come up with anything better. We won last November, and won big. I guarantee there wasn't a single voter who saw "Repugnicant" and said "Yeah...I'm voting for the Dems, because they're just that damn clever." Whoever came up with that ridiculous non-word needs to be drummed out of the Party for the good of the rest of us, and for the good of the English language. Sorry to go on a rant, here, but it does feel good to get that off my chest.

I think that if Governor Ted Strickland has expressed his sincere belief that education is the key to economic opportunity, then we should support his strategy to turn a speech into an outcome that will have an impact upon millions of people in Ohio. He is trying to create a system that will allow this to happen.

When I talk about Ted Strickland, I am not talking about a politician. I am talking about a man who more than thirty years ago started with a pick-up truck, 2 sheets of plywood and a belief that he could change the world. I'm not sure if everybody in Ohio actually knows how lucky we became when Ted Strickland was elected to be our Governor. I say give Ted Strickland every tool that he needs to cut the red tape and bring Democrats and Republicans together to build a better Ohio.

Oh and Jean, if you are reading... first stop... Hamilton County...

Jim Parker, you are a decent and honest person. The US Congress could use a few more people like you. Never give up!

Typical wRong wingnut whacko infiltrating the majority !

You see clueless, the majority party stands for the constitution, which includes freedom of speech !

I admire the creativity of bloggers to label the wRong wingnut whackos for what they are: "Repugnicants" !

Somehow you bought the propaganda "Liberal" term as derogatory and are now on a mission to appease the wRong wingnut whacko "repugnicants" !

Do us all a favor and "click" your "goose-stepping" "heels" back to the wRong wingnut minority party !

Noooooobody cares about your opinion or why you voted for "leaders" - FOLLOWER !

PATHETIC !

HAD ENOUGH, VOTE DEMOCRAT 2007 !

TB,

I think my side did pretty well this year while I was using the term "Repugnicant" to describe yours.

Hope you aren't tied to closely to any of the corrupt Repugnicants.

I don't think they allow blogging in prison.

Cheers!
