Um, sorry, wrong place

David Lyman said he got a card in the mail telling him to vote at St. Rosa’s bingo hall, 2501 Eastern Ave. He walked from table to table and was told he wasn't on the list to vote. Finally someone said, "Oh, you are one of them." They told him his voting precinct had been moved to St. Steven’s Catholic Church, 2 miles away. The poll workers said a lot of people that were sent to the wrong place, and they were directing them to St. Steven’s. They had not been notified of the change of precinct to vote. That included an elderly gentlemen who had taken the bus to the wrong polling place. David was going to give the man a ride. Submitted by Betty Barnett
