On September 1, 2006, a group of citizens from the King Lincoln Bronzeville Neighborhood Association, led by data analyst researcher Richard Hayes Phillip have filed a lawsuit against Ohio's Secretary of State (and 2006 Ohio gubernatorial candidate) J. Kenneth Blackwell alleging widespread election fraud in the state of Ohio in the 2004 elections. (Case # C2 06 745)
