New leader at Cincinnati Public Services

Daryl Brock, former director the Cincinnati Public Services Department, has been transferred to the city Parks Department, where he will help in developing recycling programs. Steve Bailey, the city’s traffic engineer, will run the Public Services Department in the interim.

How will this city survive if we get hit with another huge snowstorm and there isn't an incompetent leader at the switch to strand us all?

What about all those ghost employees out there drawing paychecks, staying home watching Jerry & Oprah that are going to suffer?

Please, bring back Daryl! In the name of ineptitude!
