Livingston, under review

We just noticed that Nate Livingston's blog, Cincinnati Black Blog, is "under review" by its host, Blogger, for possible violations of its terms of service. The blog is no longer accessible from its usual address.

No word what exactly triggered the review, but it comes amid "Operation Heightened Contradiction." We're sure you have your theories.

no theories. Nate was publishing social security numbers, home addresses and phone numbers, and other personal and occasionally confidential information.

Apparently he thinks such behavior will be kindly viewed by the courts in determining his fitness to have custody rights over his children.

Nate is just the latest victim of the right-wing Bush-Cheney regime seeking to silence all who criticize it.

Well, in Nate's defense, "Under Review" is better than "Under Arrest," and that's what Nate usually is. So maybe this is progress.

Yeah, probably not.

Yes because a Federal organization with an entire country to run cares so much about a loud mouth from Cincinnati who sometimes uses half-way factual information to make a point. Get a grip folks...no one cares about Nate!

Weren't Nate's 15 minutes up years ago?

The Cincinnati Beacon just published an item pointing its readers to an entire blog covering "Operation Heightened Contradiction".

Anybody else remember the saga of Nate's Toyota? He left his illegally parked car on a downtown Cincinnati street for weeks. The city eventually treated it as abandoned property. They towed it, crushed it, and then gave Nate the bill for the towing & crushing of his own vehicle! Classic Nate.

No one cares about your liberal Beacon...you'll be out of business before the year is out.

I love how he says in the "Heightening The Contradiction" entry...and I quote..."I'm only doing to other people what they've done to me." Is this the black man's version of the Golden Rule?

He's baaaaaaaaaaaack. Until Wee Man learns HTML and how to use FTP he'll have to keep posting to blogger.

Uh, the Beacon isn't liberal. I'm a liberal and there is no way that I would claim that garbage.

Each time he publishes the social security numbers of his enemies, Nate Livingston is violating federal law. Someone should alert the local U.S. Attorney's office. Never mind - I'll do it. You've been warned, Nate.

Ha! You're in hot water now Nate! The chickens have come home to roost.

Nate recently got evicted. He hasn't had a job since Lawson lost his law licence. It is amazing that the azclown got anyone to listen to him in the first place.

This is the last straw. He is finished in this town.
