Sounds to me like she was fired so she decided to get on the city payroll again!

Last time: The greatest population loss in history, racial strife, neighborhood decay!

Let's let some new people try.

Winburn, Cooper, Qualls...that's right, let's go back to the 90's...the greatest period of decline in history.

Is this city nuts!

Meybe she will get another Jeni Dinkel makeover like she did when she ran for Congress!

First Bates now Qualls?

It seems that the Charter Committee is now the place to go for washed up Democrats. Can't the Charterites find any of their own candidates? What a sad state of affairs for a political committee with such a storied past.

Here comes another recycled city council!

God,

Do we have to get a retread, and one with such an awful record?

Can't we find some good young people to move Cincinnati forward?

This is CRAZY!!!

LOVE the Dinkel blog..is it true?

Roxanne should keep teachiing.

She has a terrible record of service.

Wanna' know about Qualls?

Check the census numbers in the 90's.

Looks at what happened to Price Hill, Westwood.

Remember how dirty downtown was? Never saw a cop?

My street in Westwood was almost impassable during her reign.

Things are starting to improve. We don't need to go backwards.

I'm am thrilled at the prospect of Roxanne returning to serve Cincinnati! We really need a politician with her leadership, experience and commitment. I believe she has always worked for the betterment of our neighborhoods and our citizens and has brought exciting and innovative ideas to Cincinnati. She will be a great addition to City Council.

Yea for Charter and Qualls. Those guys down there won't know what hit 'em!

Are these folks nuts? Sounds like a candidate who got cranky because the competition got better.

Roxanne is good at building consensus - she is very intelligent and has matured politically. It is no surprise she is running as a Charterite since she has a long history of working closely with other Charter council members.

The only way Cincinnati city government will ever help us move forward is if all the big egos are put to the side and council members make decisions based on what is really right for this city. This is what the Charter Party is all about.

Yes, the Dinkel thing is true.

Come on, Qualls did a lot of good when she was Mayor. She initiated CitiRama, for one and really helped to spur a lot of new residential construction.

I love these people that hail her return.

They just NEVER looked at the record.

If they did they would see a big nothing.

We need new people!

Citirama, what a joke. THAT is why we should vote for her?

What about the dozens of neighborhoods she neglected?

As a Democrat I am so glad that Qualls is in the race. I have an alternative to Berding! I am voting all D's except Berding (a DiNO anyway) and adding Qualls in his place. By my math, 8 + Qualls= a winning council!

With the experience and larger world view that Qualls brings to the role this time, she will be an incredible asset to a city that is starting to expand its world view. Her knowledge and passionate interest in creating an infrastructure that maintains safe, liveable neighborhoods supported by healthy, regional development will be a boost to the economic wellness of Southwest Ohio.

Looks like the Charter bloggers are getting active.

She has a record, and from my neighborhood's perspective, it stinks!

Citirama is hardly something to rate election...and she brought us the stadium deals!

"...8 + Qualls= a winning council!...."

Do us all a favor and take that cole-laberating vote and give it to 'GARRY" !

Take that mon-zealot vote and give it to 'YOUNG" !

Take that borazt vote and give it to 'COOPER' !

HAD ENOUGH, VOTE, for a real, DEMOCRAT 2007 !
