He's on the Internet now....

Council candidate John Eby wants everyone to know his Web site, www.johneby.com, is live as of today. There he is on the page, standing in front of a lovely photo of the skyline.

The Westwood Republican already has been endorsed by the party. He ran unsuccessfully in 2005, but notes on the site the endorsements he got that year: the Fraternal Order of Police; the International Association of Fire Fighters; Right To Life; The Cincinnati Homebuilders Association; and The Cincinnati Enquirer.

Eby shares some of his views, including that when a majority of City Council members voted in February to oppose President Bush's troop surge, he "blew a gasket."

I care! Its good to see some new candidates doing what they can to get their name out there.

Perhaps you're content with the direct that the city is moving in and will continue to vote for the same big "names" that continue to do nothing but drag their feet for their 2 year term, just to get elected again.

Bravo to Mr Eby...his site looks great and I look forward to learning more about him as he continues to update it in the next several months

Ahhh... Republican John Eby is pictured with DINO Jeff Berding on his website...

Instead of Councilman, John Eby will become Vice President of "The-Jeff Berding promised to raise me thousands of dollars, but double-crossed me in the end club"...

Laketa Cole is president of that club.

Given that list of endorsers, NOT voting for him is the obvious choice of all thoughtful people.

Jane
In the interest of fair journalism, shouldnt you publish on your blog the web addresses for all candidates running for council? Like a council web roundup. Sounds like that would be fair. - I am not a candidate nor supporter of any.

Jane - tell everyone why he blew a gasket. Clowncil can't solve the problem of Crime in our city and they want to tackle IRAQ! Give me a break.

Vote for Change! Vote Republican.
