From Enquirer Reporter Sharon Coolidge:

Patrick Dinkelacker, currently a Hamilton County Common Pleas Court judge running for a vacant judgeship on the 1st District Court of Appeals, has a new television ad out.

Here is the ad.

Wow, how polite you introduce Dinkelacker's ad. no spin? no side commentary? Nothing Sharon?

Come on, you can cater to the Republicans a little more!

Love the ad. It's right to the point, the facts. A refreshing change from clueless O'Reilly's slop. Real class.

Go, Judge Dink!

Really nice ad. A great change over O'Reilly's lies.

This O'Reilly clown is really qualified for the Appeals Court. What does he teach at UC Law? Administrative Law, Food & Drug Safety Law & Product Liability.

His biggest achievement is that he graduated from Virginia Law School.

His qualifications are going to really help us when the criminals decide they don't like the sentence & hate prison. We'll be able to count on O'Reilly to waste tax dollars, toss it back to the trial court, slap the Judge's face & the criminal will walk free.

How much scarier can this county get?

Dinkelacker is the guy who jailed a rape victim. Yeah, real tough on crime.

Why is his ad posted and not O'Reilly's? This is highly biased and isn't it in violation of that equal access law?

Hey Sharon, why didn't you create a link to O'Reilly's commercials?

Just another example of anti-Democrat bias?

Talk about an unlawful deceiving and misleading advertisment !

wRong wingnuts up to their old tricks:

CJC Canon 7.

In re Judicial Campaign Complaint Against Burick (1999), 95 Ohio Misc.2d 1, 9, 705 N.E.2d 422 (Judicial Code violation for "misleading and deceiving" information about endorsements);

HAD ENOUGH, VOTE DEMOCRAT 2006 !

Johnson must be on something. The alleged "rape victim" was a liar, from what WTF hears. The "victim" was jailed for refusing her subpoena, or something similar. Dinkelacker is clearly one of the best judges in the area. O'Reilly? Isn't he the guy who can't say what the Constitution means because he wasn't around when it was written? Judge Dinkelacker has earned a seat at the Court of Appeals. O'Reilly is trying to buy a seat.

Dink's ad DID NOT point out which FOP lodge endorsed him ?

IT IS unlawful, deceiving and misleading !

"So where's the line between truthful and misleading?

The Ohio Supreme Court has held that a judicial candidate who claimed to have been endorsed by the Fraternal Order of Police -- when in fact only one lodge supported her -- "while technically true, was misleading and deceiving....." Greg Korte - fishwRap reporter

Guess you didn't do all your legal research.

ALl the cases you cite were overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court. 705 N.E.2d 422.

Duh

The ad is very effective (and legal!)

Heh
