Coates is "Listening"

Wayne Coates, a Democrat running against Rebecca Prem Groppe for Hamilton County Recorder kicked off his campaign Thursday with a "Listening Tour." He is traveling around Hamilton County hearing from property owners and attorneys about how he can best serve them as recorder.

"As an elected community leader, and a real estate broker for twenty-seven years I'm dedicated to constituent and customer service," said Coates in a press release. He currently works as a bailiff for Municipal Court Judge Ted Berry. "I intent to bring these traits to the recorder's office to improve public relations."

Coates also has a real estate office and is a former Forest Park city councilman and mayor.

Wow, a politician goes on a listening tour. There's a gimmick you don't see every week or something.

He was, also, a State Representative !

The first thing you could do, Wayne, is make it easier to cross reference property with the auditors site !

Additionally, any property that is at the Sheriffs auction should be with full disclosure with the plat map of each property ?

Perhaps, a link from the auditors site directly to the corresponding plat map ?

There is way too much confusion !

We know the current recorder originally embellished or lied about her college education, but, we understand she now has completed her schooling ?

Shouldn't she be smart enough to have implemented this function !

By the way, her site is way to girlie !

PATHETIC 'family values' !

HAD ENOUGH, VOTE DEMOCRAT 2008 !

Good for him. Nice to see him listening to the people while the Repugnicants listen to the downtown special interests and the suburban holy rollers. That is, when they aren't laundering money or molesting children.

Another Dem pickup. Too bad we let so many Repugnicants skate unopposed.

Either way, most Repugnicants will be in the Graybar Hotel before long.

At least Groppe won't probably have to give her new post-release address to the Sheriff's office 90 days for the rest of her life.

She'll make a nice bunkmate for fellow corrupt Repugnicant Kay Rodgers.

If they triple-bunk, ol' Patti Clancy can move in, too.

Dear God, kill me now.....
I'd gnaw my arm off to get out of any politician's "listening tour"...

Wow... the SS GOP is going down faster than even I thought possible. They aren't sending their trust-fund baby wingnuts out to defend the Criminal Enterprise Formerly Known As A POlitical Party. I guess Maggie and Patrick Baloney are too busy asking their daddies for another cushy job or they are working the shredder overtime.

That goes double for the trust-fund wingnuts in Chabot's office. We know they used to love to blog on the taxpayer's dime.

The trust-fund babies in Schmidthead's office have been pretty quiet lately, too.

You sure are jealous 10:14 of those of us with trust funds. I like being rich; it sure beats the alternative. I don't need a job, but I do volunteer on many city initiatives.
If somebody has to have wealth, I'm glad it's me. Sorry for your pain.

Wayne will do a great job! As for politicians doing listening tours, one would hope that politicians would want to listen to the voters so they can address their concerns. Problems arise when people listen, but then do nothing.

I wonder how many real estate calls ole Wayne takes while working as a bailiff for the county from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm everyday! It sure seems hard to run a successful real estate practice not being able to return or take calls during a good chunk of the day. But I'm sure he only does his real estate practice "after hours." If you believe that I am sure Wayne's got some prime East Price Hill land to sell you!

You moonbats and the corruptness police kill me... you ooze hypocrisy!

If elected will you post COPIES OF DEEDS, MORTGAGES, ETC?

Many counties do this. I fail to understand why Hamilton County does not.

Rest assure, Wayne does not take any business calls for real estate at work !

Unlike the 'culture of corruption', ethically challenged, wRong wingnut whacko judges that turn the county dime and the county courtroom into their own campaign office !

Is that the county citizen's courtroom phone number on a misleading judges campaign website ?

PATHETIC 'HypocRites' !
