GOP head rejects case-purge proposal
The Chairman of the Hamilton County Republican Party denounces the Charlie Winburn/Nadine Allen plan to erase old warrants in Hamilton County.
Alex Triantafilou, a lawyer and former judge, said in his blog that the plan undermines the criminal justice system.

Under this plan, we will not successfully prosecute 20% of criminal offenders that DESERVE TO BE PROSECUTED.
i couldn't agree more. to show the system works and that americans and especially republicans are serious about crime, i say lets start with bush and start working our way down the ladder.
