GOP rooting for Hillary Clinton in Ohio
Howard Wilkinson reports:
One of the worst-kept secrets of the Ohio presidential primary is that Republican party leaders have a candidate they are rooting for on the Democratic side.
Her name is Hillary Clinton; and they believe that if she wins the Ohio primary and goes on to become the Democratic nominee, she will be the one who unites their dispirited and divided party and give them their best chance of keeping the White House this fall.

Of course the GOP backs Clinton and that's exactly why nobody else should, particularly anyone who wants real change, who wants to stop the status quo (supported by die-hards in both parties), and who wants the game that diffuses the power of the the people to end.
Clinton is good. She's good at her game. The problem is, nobody likes the game anymore.
Yes, she's experienced. But we don't want and certainly don't need that kind of experience anymore.
The GOP knows Clinton winning in the primary goes a long way to their chances of winning in the general election.
Don't waste your vote.
The corrupt filled administration of Bush and the Ohio Republicans who assisted in his (s)election do NOT want to face justice. Bill Clinton is close to the Bush's (enough so that he had the audacity to say George H W. Bush would join him in smoothing out things around the world under a President Hillary Clinton) A vote for Hillary will help sweep the ciminal activity of the last 8 years under the rug.
What ties the Clintons to the Bush? Jackson Stephens who financed both campaigns as well as Walmart and BCCI.
Too bad for the Ohio GOP it looks like this is now Obama's election to loose. He picked up a lot of support from women, blue collar voters, and the 60+ crowd in yesterday's primaries; these are voters Hillary is counting on in Ohio.
If you believe platitudes are worthy of the presidency, then Obama is your candidate. All style/0 substance.
There's no there,there...
If Hillary tanks after Ohio and Texas my money says a divorce twixt her and Bill will be in progress after the November general election...any takers?
PATHETIC 'HypocRites'
HAD ENOUGH, VOTE DUMOCRAT 2008 !
Never count out the Clintons and the old guard democrat political machine. The Clintonistas have taken out numerous political opponents over the years. They practically invented modern slime politics.
.
Of course the G-rand O-ld P-edophiles are claiming they want Clinton. Since when can you believe anything the wRong wingnut whackos claim, (hello, WMD) ?
The truth is:
The wRong wingnut whackos think that if the grand old pedophiles support Clinton in the OH primary: The Dem's will revolt and make Obama the nominated candidate !
The wRong wingnut whackos want this because the majority are either closet 'sweet jeans' or closet racists !
The grass-roots hear the street rhetoric !
The wRong wingnut whackos believe the only way they can maintain the white house is if Obama becomes the nominee and they bring out the 'Strom' red-necks to foot-tap around McCain !
PATHETIC 'HypocRites' !
HAD ENOUGH, VOTE CLINTON 2008 !
"Never count out the Clintons and the old guard democrat political machine."
Old Democrat political machine ? Like Ted Kennedy ?
HAD ENOUGH OBAMA, VOTE CLINTON 2008 !
HAD ENOUGH CLINTON and OBAMA, VOTE 2008
Strange. I personally think that over time (less than 9 months to be exact), Obama excitement would drop and McCain would take OH and FL and thus the election. I really think they fear what the clintons can do... which is a lot. Bill is, arguably, the best politician (i.e. best at playing politics) of our time.
The Clintons are part of the corporate agenda that is destroying this country:
After Mining Deal, Financier Donated to Clinton
By JO BECKER and DON VAN NATTA Jr.
Published: January 31, 2008
Late on Sept. 6, 2005, a private plane carrying the Canadian mining financier Frank Giustra touched down in Almaty, a ruggedly picturesque city in southeast Kazakhstan. Several hundred miles to the west a fortune awaited: highly coveted deposits of uranium that could fuel nuclear reactors around the world. And Mr. Giustra was in hot pursuit of an exclusive deal to tap them.
Unlike more established competitors, Mr. Giustra was a newcomer to uranium mining in Kazakhstan, a former Soviet republic. But what his fledgling company lacked in experience, it made up for in connections. Accompanying Mr. Giustra on his luxuriously appointed MD-87 jet that day was a former president of the United States, Bill Clinton.

"Mr. Nazarbayev walked away from the table with a propaganda coup, after Mr. Clinton expressed enthusiastic support for the Kazakh leader’s bid to head an international organization that monitors elections and supports democracy."

WHY WOULD THE FORMER PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES SUPPORT A NOTORIOUS TYRANT KNOWN TO SUPPRESS POLITICAL DISSENT TO HEAD AN INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION THAT MONITORS ELECTIONS?
ANSWER: IT'S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY!
"It's not exactly an advertisement for the working-class hero, or a picture her campaign freely displays. Her lengthy support for the Iraq War is Clinton's biggest liability in Democratic primary circles. But her ties to corporate America say as much, if not more, about what she values and cast doubt on her ability and willingness to fight for the progressive policies she claims to champion. She is "running to help and restore the great middle class in our country," Wolfson says. So was Bill in 1992. He was for "putting people first." Then he entered the White House and pushed for NAFTA, signed welfare reform, consolidated the airwaves through the Telecommunications Act of 1996 (leading to Clear Channel's takeover) and cleared the mergers of mega-banks. Would the First Lady do any different? Ever since the defeat of healthcare reform, Hillary has been a committed incrementalist, describing herself as a creature of the "moderate, sensible center" whom business admires and rewards. During her six years in the Senate, she's rarely been out front on difficult economic issues. Given her proximity to money and power, it's not hard to figure out why she keeps controversial figures close to her--even if their work becomes a liability for her campaign."

NO TO CORPORATISM
NO TO FREE TRADE
NO TO THE DLC
NO TO CLINTON!
You all are correct, Obama doesn't have "experience" (whatever that means) but consider: Any President has to pick good people to support him/her & his/her agenda.
Question is: Who does Obama pick & who does HillBill pay back?
We know who we'll get with HillBill - Stan Chesley might be your new Sec of Defense.
Who the heck is telling Hillary to wave her arms like that? Must be a secretive Obama infiltrator.
To the Clinton supporters-Are you going to be happy when the government requires you to have a portion of your hard earned income automaticallydeducted for "universal" health-care because others do not have the work ethic to find a job and pay for their own healtcare.......like you are already doing for your families. To the Obama fans, this is an election to decide who will be the best leader, not a rock concert. He may be a great leader someday, but what has he accomplished in his two years as a junior senator from the great state of Dick Durbin? He gives great speeches, but it takes more than speeches to lead the free world.
"...it takes more than speeches to lead the free world."
Tell that to Ronald Reagan.
Did Bill Clinton help tear down the Berlin wall? You're right, Bill Clinton help break down national security and making us more susceptable to terrorists, unless you really believe that was Bush's fault.
I would vote for a known terorist before I would ever consider voting republican again. I'm done with the GOP.
You probably are a terrorist! If you think things are so bad here in the greatest country world, perhaps you should relocate to Cuba or better yet-why don't you just not vote..........you would be helping everyone. I really doubt you were ever a GOP supporter.
I thought the GOP is a terorist party. That's all they talk about.

I DID NOT HAVE SEX WITH THAT WOMEN!!!
Why, why, why??? We do not need to be entertained for another 4 years by a "self-admitted SEXUAL PREDATOR"""
Don't mess with the Clintonistas. Just ask Vince Foster's widow.
Queen Hitlery Rodram Clinton and Barry Obama are a couple of unqualified hack politicians. I wouldn't trust either one of them to run a lemonade stand, let alone the USA.
