Also ...

Rep. Jean Schmidt just went on air today.

Not TV... But she's on the radio, according to a release put out by her campaign today.

That makes the Miami Township Republican the first one in the 2nd District's GOP primary to go on air.

However, Democrat Victoria Wulsin, also a 2nd District candidate, has already gone up with a TV ad (remember, the one that recycles the footage of her at the hospital?) a couple weeks ago.

I heard that Jim Parker is considering running in the Ohio 2nd District.

I heard that he has been knocking on doors in Clermont County and that more than 2,000 people have already signed his nomination petitions.

This might be a 3 candidate race...

Look at his website.

Jim Parker has enough people in Southern Ohio who believe he would be a great representative that he could win the election this year.

Think about it. A far right wing incumbent Congresswoman in a Democratic year. A far left liberal challenger from the wealthiest area of Cincinnati. Both are millionaires.

Jim Parker is right in the middle. He believes in the people he wants to represent and he has been personally knocking on people's doors all throughout the district for years.

If I were the governor of Ohio right now, I'd keep my eye on this young man.

Look at his website. www.JimParker4ad.blogspot.com

Jean Schmidt should be concerned. No wonder her cronies are attacking him already.

Jean will be lucky if she makes it out of the primary. If she does, she will be toast in Nov.

Schmidt won the Hamilton County GOP endorsement. 66% of the first ballot.

So what.

NOVEMBER = 33% + 33% + 34%

Jean will crush the loony Wulsin by 15+ points in the most conservative district in Ohio.

Jean Schmidt will beat COASTers Heimlich and Brinkman in the primary. And that should finally drive a stake through the heart of Finney and the rest of those COAST clowns.

As for the general election, want to guess how Ohio's most conservative congressional district is going to vote during a presidential election year? A: Schmidt will beat wacky Wulsin by double digits.

Isn't it interesting that Jean Schmidt was endorsed by the HamCo party by about the same margin that they endorsed the Simon Leis/Portune/Pepper Sales Tax hike? Birds of a feather......

Look, a COASTer weighed in, trying to discredit the Republican Party. How surprising. COAST folks are NOT Republicans.

Schmidtty is history. My dog Fluffy could run against her & win.

How's that E85 working for ya Jeannie? LOL

Yeah, get back to us after the primary, genius. Many have tried to beat Jean Schmidt. All have failed.

If Brinkman stays in the Oh-2 GOP primary, Jean will beat him and Heimlich easily. If Tom drops out, as he surely should, Jean will beat Heimlich by 10 points or more. All the vicious COAST clamoring and belligerence won't change what's coming in the Second District. In the general Jean will beat Wulsin or Black by 6-8 points or more. All the wishful Democrat thinking in the world won't change what's coming in the Second District.
