Pepper offers Mallory his big plan
David Pepper called Mark Mallory to congratulate him.
But he couldn't help getting in one more plug for his exhaustive plan to improve the city. Jokingly, he offered it to Mallory in case he'd like to use it.

even in defeat...he's arrogant as all h$##! was this boy ever told no as a child? what a baaaad loser...
It was said sheepishly, but obviously David cares about Cincinnati and believes in his policy proposals.
David certainly worked EVERY DAY of this campaign season, going throughout the city to talk about his hopes and ideas one on one and neighborhood by neighborhood with Cincinnati citizens.
It's not arrogant to encourage Mark Mallory to use and take credit for the ideas David believes in. It's not hard to recognize the earnestness there.

I think Mallory could find some benefit in at least looking at Pepper's plan. Especially if there are as well written out as they are supposed to be.
Mallory is a leader, Pepper is a planner. This city needed a leader and that is what they got. But having a few baseline plans never hurt.
"Mallory" is sending "CrybabyPepper" back to school.
The voters graded his book report and it failed.
Now, "Crybaby Pepper", take your school yard ball and go play somewhere else, like:
"Spy Camera" Russia, perhaps.
"Sticks and Stones !"
"Sticks and Stones !"
"Sticks and Stones !"
lol, lol, lol
Pepper demonstrated no respect for the Hon. Senator Mallory.
He also earned none for himself !

The transcript from the call...
Pepper: Hey Mark, congrats on barely beating me.
Mark: (laughing) I beat you pretty bad. I bet you thought you had it won until that last 25% came in.
Pepper: (breaking down) You're right, I did think that.
Mark: Peppy, when are you going to learn, you can't buy the working man's vote.
Pepper: But I also had a manual on how to run the city.
Mark: (laughing) Maybe next time you should get a manual on how to run for mayor.
Pepper: Good idea, I'll get started on it today.
Mark: I was kidding.
Pepper: Oh, ok. Do you think we could be friends. Maybe you need a vice mayor.
Mark: My phone connection must be bad, I think I am hearing things wrong.
Pepper: I said...
Mark: I know what you said. I got to go, we are having Steak, Potatoes and PEPPERS for dinner tonight. BYE (click)
I could not have said it better. I'm glad your here !!!
